It seems that the Abhi-Aish are attending events these days mainly to promote their respective films, Drona and Jodha Akbar. The events have also become a platform for them to show how hot and happening, and at the same time a happy couple, they are. Recently the Bachchans were seen gracing several parties. During these events they posed as a happy couple and allowed the media to click their pictures.

There is another side to these public appearances as well. They are also trying to create a buzz for Abhi¢s next release Drona directed by Goldie Behl. Unconfirmed reports say the Bachchans have invested money in the film, which is about a supernatural hero. The film allegedly went over budget to facilitate the special computer graphics. Looks like they have taken a leaf from SRK¢s aggressive publicity tactics.
