The long awaited Bridge on the canal to connect BPTP with the

Faridabad-city is now open. It was inaugurated on 12th Oct-07.

Will the prices go up now. Yesterday, and today also I have noticed a

sharp increase in the re-sale rates of the plots.



Even the Grandeura apt.s, which was difficult to sell, has shown a

demand in the mkt.



I guess the good times of the BPTP project are near now.
