The job role entails


1. Responsible for meeting all timelines, reporting of the
forecasts/budgets and associated variance analysis

2. Preparation of balance sheet analysis and follow up on
matters requiring resolution in conjunction with controller.

3. To ensure that all accounting (JVs, treatment of various
costs ) are in accordance with company's accounting policy manual.

4. Manage accounting function in India and ensure efficient
management of payables through close interaction with Accounts
Payable department and Procurement.

5. Assist the Performance Manager in preparation of Client
invoices.

6. Preparation of Inter-company invoices.

7. Follow up on client's collection and plan to resolving old/
disputed items in conjunction with controller and performance manager.

8. Responsible for Treasury matters viz. Cash Forecast, Funds
request, Bank Reconciliation etc.


EDUCATION: Qualified Finance Professional ( CA)( preferably 1st
attempt)
