Hi Friends,

What are the repurcations of a daughter (major / unmarried) giving a gift (thru cheque) to her mother / father / brother / sister - in law / all. Does it involves any gift tax etc. I understand that clubbing U/s. 64 wont be done.

1. How much amount of Gift can she give in a financial year to each person to save tax.
2. Will this come in scrutiny.
