Chennai: Chennai Super Kings registered a convincing nine-wicket win over Kolkata Knight Riders in the 11th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) Twenty20 cricket tournament at the M.A. Chidambaram stadium here Saturday.

Chasing a target of 148, Super Kings romped home in 16.5 overs by scoring 152 while losing one wicket. Matthew Hayden was the top scorer with an unbeaten 70 while his skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni remained not out on 43 to guide the hosts to their third win in the tournament from as many matches.
