Good Afternoon Sir,
I know that Parthenium contains Parthenin, Phenolic acids like Caffeic Acid, Vanillic Acid, Anisic Acid, Chlorogenic Acid, Parahydroxy Benzoic Acid and P-Anisic Acid. But, I would like to know how we can prove that all these are the contents of the Parthenium weed. Can it be proved by using the procedure of Chromatography? If Chromatography is used, how can this type of chromatography be done? If it is done through any other means, kindly send me the name of the procedure and how to carry oput this.
I also want to know how we can know the content of Parthenin in the Parthenium weed? As the Parthenium weed contains 3.40% Parthenin in i8ts leaves, 1.08% Parthenin in the flower, 0.12% in the stem and 1.20% in the trichomes, how can it be proved.
Sir, Kindly send me the procedures to prove this so that I shall be very much thankful to you.
Thanking You,
Yours Faithfully,
Sujit Kumar Kar.
