Re: newbie

nimrat,
I have tried unbuntu and i find it very convenient. its debian based, very reliable and easy to use. I have 6.06 version and am planning to get 7.02 soon. the beauty of ubuntu is its synaptic package manager which given you a list of all the repositories available online. AND ITS SINGLE CD INSTALLATION!.

Try it.
regards
nanbudh

ps:I request all members of the list to share what new thing they are currently learning. starting from my own side i started with python a few months ago and read a tutorial but could not find a mini project interesting enough and left it.
Then i took up zope. installed it and was slowly learning it that suddenly django came my way and now i am pretty excited about it.
