Communal/Religious background of a MLA   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #101 of 1888 |
Dear all,
The communal/religious background of a MLA is an important factor
for deciding a candidate in Kerala.Unfortunately our church still
doesnot have a clear political stand. We declared that our church is
having an equal distance policy towards UDF OR LDF.
Thus in reality neither UDF nor LDF will support our church's
effortto implement court orders. Then there is no point in lamenting
or criticising infront of media persons when ruling govt is not
ready to implement court orders. What is the point in wasting our
precious resources as fees to supreme court lawyers when the court
order cannot be implemented.Even our ecumenical partners are
supporting Jacobites. They want our church to be fragmented.
Many of our people in Travancore are not concerned about the
pathetic situation of our brothers in Kochi or Malabar.
Our present Bawa Thirumeni is a pragmatist but there are some people
in our managing committee who are against H H in taking right
decisions.
