Since Fr.C.M Thomas alias Thomas Mar Divanniasos has formed a new
church(Jacobite Syrian Church) and a new constitution,He should
handover the churches and other assets of Malankara Orthodox Syrian
Church ,which is under his custodianship by filing a affidavit in
the Supreme court of India stating that there is only one church and
one faith to H H Catholicos of the East
Parish churches are not independent bodies instead they are directly
under the Malankara Metropolitan and to be adminstered by the 1934
constitution of the church.
