i have copied the following message which has been claimed as
written by our trusty.
"How many Lakhs of money has been spoilt in the name of cases
(against SOC) for after Aboon Didimous started his undeserved
administration? Whose money is this? TILL THIS DATE TRUTH HAS NOT
BEEN TOLD TO THE CHURCH MEMBERS. He went to Thiruvananthapuram, and
declared; According to the court verdict all churches are ours; To
enforce that verdict we should protest! Chief Minister should
enforce justice. You might be remembering all this. To his
protest, Chief minister A.K. Antony said many times ; they have
not seen such a verdict and if they(IOC) could provide them with a
copy of the verdict, they would enforce the verdict. Irrespective
of this, we did not give the verdict to him, why not? Dear
Brethren, THERE IS NO SUCH VERDICT. All Supreme Court did was to
accept the ordination of Catholicos in Kerala and nothing more. Such
acceptance by the court really put Patriarch faction in a spot and
so HH Mar Yacoob III accepted HB Geevarghese Mar Baselious. After
that acceptance, THE SPLIT IN THE CHURCH IS NOT CAUSED BY PATRIARCH
FACTION, BUT OUR CHURCH LEADERSHIP. Some of our bishops out of
sheer rejoicing, started demanding removal of name of Patriarch from
the book of ordination for the priests and from the Tubden. They
used the church for their own means and ignored the patriarch
faction who came for joining after the Supreme Court order hurt
them. THRER ARE SO MANY SUCH INSTANCES. After the joining, a
bishop election was held in the church and no single person was
selected from the patriarch faction, but selected all bishops from
our own faction. Then they appointed these bishops to the diocese of
Angamali, Kochi and Kandanadu and annexed them forcefully hurting
the people and priests of that diocese. The hurt people who agreed
to the peace treaty, were observing everything. Such PEOPLE CRIED
OUT TO THE PATRIARCH to have shepherds for them. If he did not
oblige, HH feared people will leave the church for others and
ordained present HB Catholicose and Perumballi thirumeni. Then they
worked for their growth and survival.

A case was filed regarding the churches in the High Court. The
verdict of the High Court was that THE CHURCHES ARE NOT OF THE
CHURCH, BUT OF THE CONGREGATION. (Of the people). HC ALSO ORDERED
THAT THE ADMINISTRATION OF THESE CHURCHES SHOULD BE BASED ON
DECESION OF THE PEOPLE OF THAT CONGREGASSION. It is this
verdict that Kerala Govt enforcing. THIS VERDICT IS ACCORDING TO
THE INDIAN CONSTITUTION, after considering freedom for prayer,
religion and individual. Against this we have been told lies that
Supreme Court will grant all churches to us against the Indian
Constitution which has granted freedom of religion to its citizens.
For this a case has been filed in Supreme Court and run around to
conduct the case. NONE OF THE CHURCES have been built by the
church, but by the people with their own money and effort……."

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHETHER IT WAS REALLY WRITTEN BY OUR TRUSTY
