My apologies if I disturbed your peace of mind. My this post is
going to upset you more.
I dont consider both the HH Patriarch and the HH Didimos Bawa as a
Saint. A person need to be Holy to be a Saint. The position of the
Patriarch and the Catholicose are Holy; but not necessarily the
persons occupying it.
Dont forget that no souls lived/living on this earth are Holy except
Jesus Christ. Therefore, your bestowing Sainthood on the Patriarch
may not be the right thing to do.

Now, about the Sacrifice : The first sacrifice on earth we read in
the Bible was the one by Cain and Abel. God was pleased with the
sacrifice of Abel and Cain's was rejected.
Therefore, it is not necessary that all sacrifices are Holy and
received by God. Most of the problems we have in our churches today
are because of the fact that the sacrifices offered are not pleasing
to God. There are many descendents of Cain offering sacrifices in
our churches. And later taking it to the street and killing the
Abel's whose sacrifice was accepted by God.

A court order is a court order whichever judge issues it.
Y0u brought the example of two of our church members bringing a
court order restraining Didimos bawa recently.
Did you see what the Didimos Bawa Did ??
Didimos Bawa returned from the US suspending all of HH's programs in
HH's capacity as the Catholicose and cancelled a Synod meeting which
was called in HH's capacity as Catholicose.
I am sure HH will not conduct anything disobeying the court.
That is the gracious behaviour of a leader and a Bishop.
Such souls will ultimatley be declared as Saint..

Not the ones breaking the laws...
