Winsor Castle star Hotel is famous in Kottayam not because it is
owned by an Orthodox member but the guests that are staying there
are the Orthodox Bishops. This Hotel have the privilege as the Host
for H.H. Patriarchies of Anthiocia, H.G. Thomas Mar Mackarios, H.G.
Stephanos Mar Theodosius, Late H.G. Paulo's Mar Gregorios, Visiting
Orthodox Bishops from outside India etc. Our Church needs to build
a suitable place connected with "Deevalokam" for the accommodation
of our visiting Bishops.

The recent function that related to the Orthodox Church is held at
Winsor Castle is the Publication of the Life History of H.G.
Stephanos Mar Theodosious in connection with an award distribution
to another individual.

Is it a political publicity meeting at this later stage of the
election of the Catholicate designates? People will normally doubt
like the same because we heard the name of Mar Theodosius Thirumeny
as a candidate for the post of "Niuktha Bava". It is sad to see the
political games in our Church and it is coming worse day by day. I
do not believe that our Bishops are really playing any politics but
some groups are dragging our Bishops to political games and it will
be wise if we spend little time to think about the background of
these groups before involving in their drama.

The political games in our Church lead us up to a situation that
made us to postpone the Association meeting and the Holly Synod
meeting which our H.H. Catholicos published a "Kalpana" in this
regard.

It is so sad to here all these. Those who are all trying to destroy
the peace in our Church will not be left with peace. It is sad of
them.
