Read your posting in reply to my clarification on your accusation
that Viswasa Samrakshakan is spreading lies and hatred. When

I responded to this welcoming you to expose the lies and hatred in our
publication.You are not responding to that, instead you are repeating the age
old issues of contention that were discussed in various fora.

First you may clarify the allegation you raised first and my response in the
light of my response. Otherwise how can we have a healthy debate!. If I respond
to the new posting you will come forward with many other. Let us
concentrate on your basic allegation on VS.

You are again cordially invited to expose the 'lies and hatred' spreading by
theVS.

I have personally responed earlier in other fora to many of the issues you have
raised in your second response. I know you are a reader and contributor to
those fora . I assume you can easily refresh that.

I have nothing to respond about your mention about Thomas 1 Bava as
Fr.C.M.Thomas other than to pray God to give us wisdom and prudence.

Thanks a lot for responding to my posting on VS.
Your reference to the HC judgement is not exact. It is based
on the individual right but the verdict is in favour of
parish churches to dissociate from the Malankara Association
and to form a new Association. It is based also on the 1995
SC verdict saying that the rights of the parish churches are
in itself.

IOC is trying to tread into the parishes where all its members
are enjoying their freedom to accept the Patriarch as their
supreme head. You must also bear in mind that Catholicose or the
Metropolitans don't own any property in parish churches just as
the Patriarch is not owning here other than legally pledged
properties. The parish properties are owned, maintained and
are the assets of the parishes only. In our
tradition even the Metropolitans are visiting churches only by
the invitations and their expense on the visit are also resctfully
born by the parishes. Please call a spade a spade!

Ronnie your argument goes wild when you say that the members
can go out or be taken out and IOC need all the properties of
the parishes! Can anyone envisage a situation like this
anywhere in our both churches.Did it happen any time in History.

Will you remember five places where you share parish churches along
with the MARTHOMITES ? Will you remember about the giving the
Maramon church to the Marthomites after our victory in litigations?

Your argument of the '2002 society' is very funny. If the acceptance of a
constitution is the point of starting a church your church has only
the lineage only from 1934. Most of the parish churches where police
protection was requested by IOC are established 'thousands'of
years, according to your own words.
