Charly: You are absolutely right. Since the parish is a non-profitable organization that enjoys tax exemption etc., membership status of each person is to be legal. Achen [member and president] needs to be a subscribing member.

I have been paying dues like any other member in all my parish ministry in this country.

This needs to be admonished by the Diocesan Metropolitan's Office.
