Achen , I am sorry that ICON did not post your reply to me. I think
we need to respect the discretion of the Moderators as they may have
sound reasons for not posting any mails.

I responded to your reply to me in the SOC forum and as it was not
posted yet in SOC forum, I thought of trying to meet with you in this
forum.

Following was my reply I sent to SOC forum on 7th of March.

Though I have not seen MKK achen personally, I heard a lot of good
thing about Achen from his parishioners one of whom is my first
cousin who was his Ex. Treasurer for many times. Fr. MKK will not be
reading any of these gossip publications which our both group are
publishing in competition. And unfortunately Achen you happened to
the patron of one.

First of all Achen, let us agree that our both sides are firm in
their belief that their side is correct. No one will be able to
convince a member of the other faction. Each one is addressing their
audience in their own style and form and that is not going to change.
We know these two forums too are not giving an impartial view of the
situation as they are tied to their church by their names. Lay
audience some time cross sell to each other. But, Achen, you are in
a position in senior to MKK achen and you should have refrained from
commenting on what MKK achen told the IOC audience out of his
frustration. AS Christians we need to take the words in their spirit
rather than their true meaning.

Same way what was your reasoning for bringing up that article from
Dr. Babu paul. He is calling his chief shepherd as simply Thomas I
and you have no problem with it. He is the one gave you the name as
Puthencruz Society.

We have a dispute which unfortunately is not getting resolved.
Our Bishops are not willing to sit face to face to find a solution to
the dispute.
Unfortunately, Jesus Christ or St. Peter or St. Thomas is not visibly
present with us today to deal with the situation.
I have three wishes.
1. Let our church unite and all the Malankara Syrian Christians
including all the divisions your side had made over the years and
including all the Malankara immigrant churches overseas come under
one umbrella of administrational control of the Holy Catholicose of
the East and under the Supreme spiritual control of the Holy
Patriarch. Catholicos can be HH Didimos Bawa followed by HH Thomas
Bawa .
2. If that cannot happen, my second wish is that HH Didimos Bawa
give what HH Thomas Bawa wants like what Abraham gave to Lot.
3. If that too cannot happen, HH Thomas Bawa do exactly what the Mar
Thoma Church did some years back leaving the property with the mother
church and building their own new property with arrangements in some
churches to share cemeteries.

I know that these are my wishful thinking and it is not going to
happen.
Therefore, both sides are resorting to two solutions.
Our Solution is to Maintain Status-qoe and get a decision from
court on matters of dispute.
Your solution is to break Status-qoe, take the matter to the street
and to politicians and capture more properties.
Out of the two, I think the first one, though un-Christian is a
civilized and better way of getting to a solution.
It may take time and money. But, that seems to be a better option
than fighting on the street like street dogs.
The churches were remaining closed for years and it may not make any
difference if it remained closed for some more time.

Now coming back to the original questions I raised to you in IO
forum.

1. MKK achen has repeatedly fought with his own church
heirarchy for giving you what you want to get peace. At no point I
heard from you the same. I think Achen you should ask the same to
your leaders in order to be on a level playing field with MKK achen
to argue on matters relating to this dispute. Now it is like me going
on the boxing ring to fight with Hulk Hogan.
2. If the relocation of the Catholicate in India was with the
help of a diposed Patriarch, why
did the not-diposed Patriarch accepted it in 1958?
3. Why did a Catholicos designation given to a Mafrian ??
Catholcios as I understand is a universal leader.
4. Either you have to obey the laws of God or obey the laws
of man.
God's law is forgive others and Jesus forgiven our sins in advance
and paid price for our sins in advance.
Father forgives son, not the other way. If a mistake is made by our
leaders in India, it is for the Holy Patriarch to forgive it. That is
God's
rule.
5. And now about the man's law. There is a ruling of the
supreme court of
India saying there is only One Malankara Church, One Patriarch and
One Catholicose. And the church need to run by its 1934 constitution.
Are you ready to accept it ??

That's all the questions I raised in the IO Forum and I would like to
hear your views on this.
Achen, I would apprecaite you reply me rather than every one else
wasting their time with my silly questions.
I just came because you invited me for a dialogue.
