Clergy includes Bishops as well, I believe.
Therefore, I think you should include transfer of Bishops as well in this
discussion.
Managing committee had passed it twice and referred to the Synod for
approval. Almaya Vedi had been making huge noise about it..
Did anything happen ??
It is safe to assume that the first Priest who receive the transfer order in
America will ask the Bishop whether he is prepared to be tranfered to another
Diocese.
Do you have an answer ??
Can we suggest an internal transfer of Bishops in the two Dioceses in the West
??
