Hi all,

This is my first official communication to the batch and I would like to begin by thanking each and every one of you for the trust you have shown in me.

  The last couple of days I had been busy interacting with SaiHarsha, trying to get acquainted with the nitty-gritty's of the post of VP and how things go around at NITIE and the interaction has been quite informative.  As we all know, the lateral placements of our senior batch is about to begin in a couple of days. It is the cynosure of all activities going on in the college right now and everything else has been put on a lower priority and justifiably so.

For your information, let me tell you that I have started taking initiatives on the agenda that I disclosed to the batch just before the elections. I will you keep updating of progress in various issues.  However, if anyone of you feels that there is an issue that needs immediate attention then feel free to write to me at prashant.nitie@... and i'll take up the issue.
