The number of people in India preferring Organic vegetables and fruits over those conventionally (chemically) grown is increasing albeit slowly.

The reasons for the slow growth are mainly that the vegetables and fruits are not easily available locally and their high prices.

The members within the group will specify a quantity (kgs per week) that they will definitely buy. The member will specify 12 vegetables from a master list of vegetables provided over which the quantity is divided.

The members will be guaranteed the quantity and also a minimum of 7 vegetables from the member specified 12 vegetables.

Here the member are assured atleast 7 vegetables of their choice over which the specified quantity is divided.

Members will decide the price for different vegetables (as seasonally available) for the whole year, thus providing price stability throughout the year.

Please note that most of the produce will be from small farmers and organic enthusiats and will be ORGANIC but NOT (necessarily be) CERTIFIED ORGANIC.

Delivery will be once a week initially. Fixed place pickup or home delivery can be worked out.

All members will participate in the list of vegetables, pricing, delivery : options, charges and schedules.
