Trust all well at your end!

I am Ms. Shweta Nagpurkar Saxena, Clinical Psychologist and a Corporate Trainer from India. Practising successfully since last 5+ years and currently staying in Sydney.

I am starting a Mental Health Support Group named as Mindmirror for all Indian families (in Hindi and English) in Sydney to assist them in the issues related to the Mental Health, also with the useful information/ referrals of the professionals and conducting regular meetings/ events/ community networking/ awareness programs for the same.

I am happy to propose this concept to commemorate the upcoming Mental Health Month (October) in an ingenious way.

This is a Voluntary activity which I propose to initiate.

Also, supported by Mental Health Association (MHA) NSW, Australia.

Please do let me know your valuable and constructive suggestions to promote and edifice this concept.
