--You are right about the category. Holmes is certainly not a TV inspired
character. But since most SH groups are located in this category and the yahoo
groups browser tends to take you here if you search "sherlock holmes", I thought
it would be a good choice. But the other category u suggested is also
acceptable. Sumal, then it's upto you to decide.

--Thanks about your comments about the site. I will try and do something about

groups that discuss only the TV versions of Sherlock Holmes, not for
a society with a much more generalized charter like ours.

I suggest the following category instead.

Entertainment & Arts > Humanities > Books and Writing > Genres >
Mystery

There are many groups about Doyle already in this category, under the
sub-category "Authors".

I hope that Sumal will do the right thing by placing it under this
section.

I visited Mark's web site. Neatly done and looks good. Perhaps the
font color can be adjusted for better readability since it contrasts
badly with the background image.
