Hello ppl

I was wondering, did anyone notive that there is a similarity between
the two heroes:

1. Both are British (SH not by birth but he certainly was an
Englishman to core with only a few but distinct Bohemian
characteristics)

2. The furore over the Potter books has not been matched since
Sherlock Holmes strand magazine.

3. Both have arch rivals who have tried to kill them but losing their
power instead. (according to jamyang norbu's version of the 'lost
years' moriarty also lives)

4. Both have a male best friend (though harry has a female friend too
but not involved in her romantically)

This is not much but i guess is enough

The main difference bet. them is that JK Rowling loves Harry while
Sir arthur hated dear Sherlock
