Here r some hints to stay coooooooool..
Eat more of salads and fresh seasonal fruits and
vegetables. Louki, tori, tinda, kaddu (pumpkin) and
cucumber are water-rich vegetables.
Avoid colas since the caffeine in these dehydrates the
system and avoid excessive intake of coffee and tea.
Switch over to lemon tea or cold soups.
I will suggest you have light and frequent meals.
Have inclusion of cucumber, kakri, melon, citrus
fruits, mangoes, kokum, rose syrup, sprouts,
peppermint, herbal mint tea, coconut water, gulkand
and jal jeera. Avoid oil-based pickles and include
cool chutneys in the daily meal.
