Fwd: VOH Chief Minister Relief Fund   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1798 of 2642 |

Hi friends
Some of the people who are abroad have been enquiring how to
contribute to the Relief Fund.

They can send in the money through a draft formatted

To
Chief Minister's Relief Fund Himachal Pradesh.

(The draft should be payable at Shimla, Himachal pradesh).

You can send in the draft directly to
The Resident Commissioner,
Himachal Bhawan,
Bhagwan Das Road
Mandi House
New Delhi
110001

For any enquires call: 91 - 11 - 23716124. (Himachal Bhawan Number)

If you wish to contribute through Voice of Himachal, please send in
your drafts (again marked as: Chief Minister's relief... ) to me at
the address:

Surender Kumar Dhaleta
1013,
Sector - 4
R K Puram
New Delhi
110022

Important: For transparency sake if you are sending any drafts through
Voice of Himachal, please post the following details on the group:
Draft amount, Draft of which bank, draft number, draft date, etc.

We then can go together and hand over the sum to the Resident
Commissioner or to the Chief Minister himself. (I've talked to guys in
Himachal Bhawan. They say if the amount is huge, they can arrange a small function as well, with the Press and all.)

Waiting to hear for your response.
Surender
