Since,My college days,ist time in OCT,1971 I had visited the Shimla, at
that time it was a very peacful place of living.
Since than I came regularly after 3-4 years.
Recently I had again visited Shimla in Feb,2006, a nos.of chanes have
been find.
It is still worth of living in the Valley.
Please take some govt.assistance in civic amenties. On circular roa, a
nos.of pot-holes are there on the Road.Some Rallings are missing.
