Answer is pretty simple.
probability of rain in any three days = 0.3x0.3x0.3 (assuming independence)
Now, in a week, we can have 5 possible 3 consecutive days.
Therefore, the probability of rain in exactly 3 consecutive days in a week is = 5X0.3X0.3X0.3
