i need to give ranks to 10 companies on the basis of 4 factors  1.turnover 2. no. of employees workin 3.product efficiency 4. variation in product size mean (should be low) 5. Share value i hav the data for the factors for the last 2 yrs corresponding to each company can any one help me in giving ranks or giving appropriate weights to the factors using some analytical tools (in spss or excel)thanks pls reply urgent
