hey everyone,

                      i am conducting research in the field of "Regresin Analysis". I am working on a research paper in which i have formed  an estimator based on OLS and restricted least squares estimator. Now i am facing difficulty in testing this estimator  with other estimators under BALANCED LOSS. For that i need to conduct simulation study of this estimator and i have little knowledge of that.  if anybody could guide me in my paper i shall be very thankful
