To list all files with SUID bit set, as root do:
#find / -type f -perm +6000 -ls
Then to remove the suid bit of some (if needed) do:
#chmod -s </path/filename>

Subject: X: removing font from list

It seems that my luck is not on my side or destiny has
decided to make list more active and so it is creating one
or the other problem with different sytems running linux ;-)

The PC which developed problem used to work fine for years,
and problem may be due to illegal shutdown (PowerCut more
than backup time of UPS).

When I run "startx" on this RH9 system, it says:

|    could not init font path element unix/=-1,
|    removing from list

/var/log/message says:

|    xfs: ignoring font path element
|    /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/cyrillic (unreadable)

I checked other RH9 PCs, they don't have this "cyrillic"
there, and they are working fine.

Where I should look into to solve the problem.

Subject: CUP-LPD printing

I have printer on RH9, which is shared by other RH9, working fine.
When I try to confiure this printer from Debian/Ubuntu using CUPS, it
does not work.

Jobs remain "paused".

Message I got is:

> Status: /usr/lib/cups/backend/lpd failed

Please help me use this printer on Debian or ubuntu.
