Thanks Guys for all the help.. I actually do not Know whether it was Full Address of file or change the Filename /etc/crontab.. I haven't done any of these..Thanks to Devendra and Mathur too and all U help Guys..
What I have done is change and give the Re-routing of all the Activities to a Log File and Thereafter Checked it for 1 minute then an Hr and thereafter 1/2 a day and it seems to have worked and Perfect..

You should use full path in crontab file for command to be executed like:
55 23 * * * /usr/local/bin/expcomp
