yes, interesting article that simply opens the door for those who
were running out of idead on hoe to make more money of patents! i
guess this company will be getting lotsa $$ from this news article,
as for the weak-hearted industry guy(the genuine software developer!)
who would never want to get into the trouble of law-breaking. i guess
these guys will be prospective clients of this company. and now the
software developer will be tested on new ground.. give him a logic-
problem ask him to find the solution then ask whether this solution
has been patented or not. so i guess this way life for the software
developer would not be getting any better!
another view is that the people will need to think out-of-the-box,
but i don know whether we are ready for that?!
M$ just patented the double click and click-hold key feature on
pda's, what could be the alternative to this?
