i need Developers Kit for Texas Instruments DSP
does Octave have it ??(i doubt)

For MATLAB, you need MicroSoft Windows (R), but for Linux, you may
use OCTAVE for same objective ;-)

You may also like to search Internet for gOctave and kOctave.
