Should have managed system integration testing / UAT

process and guidelines for the project.
Good experience in estimating effort
Good client management experience
Should have good understanding of all automation tools.
Good Leadership skills
Should have managed a team of minimum 20 members
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication skills (Written & Oral)
Good people management skills
