spreading the advantages of (a) In collective writing advising our main Political Parties not to give tickets to wannabe
Legislators having disclosed in Election Commission mandated Disclosures - that they have criminal cases against
them (b) In no uncertain terms advising Political Parties, Politicians known to them that they for Electoral Reforms as

Immediately take up & ensure all Part II, Pending Proposals, in Govt. files since 1998 - 1999 & make them
happen rightaway in 2008. Also contained in Part 1 Reform proposals item 3 Disqualification for criminal offences
being voiced by the Election Commission from 1998 onwards.
A voter, even through Electronic Voting machine,
should have the clear option to reject all the candidates through Negative / Neutral Voting if not found suitable.
