Join Youth4Change Summer Programme.
This seven day training aims to equip the participants
with communication skills, relationship skills, gender sensitization, realizing
issues like identity, sexuality and reproductive health requirements of
adolescents and young people. This training provides an opportunity to look into
the very core and essence of individual, social/community issues and at the
same time creates space to voice one’s opinion, share one’s perspective in
groups. It is a participatory, adult learning program rather than lectures. It
is full of group activities rather than seminars.
Over the years, CYDA has been providing this training
program to national and international NGOs. This time CYDA is organizing this summer program for youth
between 18 to 30 years from 10th to 16th May 2009 in Pune. There are limited
seats as each language group will be accommodated 30 persons only (15 girls/15
boys). This training will be conducted in English, Hindi and Marathi at the
same time in different groups.
The registration fee is Rs.2750 for students below 25yrs
of age and not sponsored by anybody, while Rs. 3750 (for those youth who are
employed/sponsored by NGOs as well as support organizations. This cost is per
person for 8 days inclusive of facilitation, food and accommodation during the
program. If any queries regarding fee kindly revert back to us.
The participants need to arrive on
9th May 2009 evening and shall leave on 17th Morning
after breakfast. Those who

This program is limited to youth from India only.

Indian
Committee of Youth Organizations (ICYO) is a registered non-profit,
non-governmental network organization, committed in developing areas of mutual
cooperation and understanding among different youth voluntary agencies, youth
groups, clubs and individuals working in the field of youth welfare in
India.
ICYO
functions as an umbrella organization of youth NGOs in India. It's family
consists of
over 356 organizations spread in 122 districts of 22 states from different
corners of India.
