I wonder if any one here have read and have opinions/discussions on the
latest publication by Anvita Abbi (JNU). I have not read the paper yet
but had a brief discussion on it earlier today - it essentially
suggests a new family of languages in the Andaman Islands. This might
pretty much imply two immigrations into these islands to support two
parallel language families among the Andaman tribes.

I will have a better idea when i get a copy of this publications next
week.
