I have actually checked and rechecked, but there is no one with white shirt or beard whatever.... except Netaji,gandhi and some Jarawas on the sides.........

I Think I was real hasty in assessing the situation, I think the People in NIC have to work real hard, I am happy that they have changed the picture at home...
