* On June 29, 2009 a team of experts from All India Council of Technical
Education New Delhi visited the campus of VIDYA VIHAR INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
(VVIT) INDUSTRIAL GROWTH CENTRE MARANGA PURNIA to carry out on the spot
assessment for issuing the Letter of Approval (LOA) in order to begin the
admission process hopefully from July 15, 2009. The AICTE team recorded its
great appreciation on verifying on the ground - the infrastructure, facilities
and the faculty led by Prof. (Dr.) Asheshwar Yadav, Ex-VC of BRA University of
Bihar and a noted Physics scholar of distinctions.
* We have received the LOA from AICTE yesterday, Sunday at 4.15 p.m. Admission
to VVIT is scheduled to begin from July 15, 2009. Prospectus is being drafted
accordingly. Formal inuguration hopefully by CM Bihar for opening of VVIT is
expected in the first week of May 2009.
* Concurrently, Shriman Vasudevanji and all trustees of Vidya Vihar Education
Trust (VVET) have entrusted upon us the mandate of togetherness and faith to
identify if we can join in helping, guiding and supporting them with our
forthright expertise in furtherance of the objectives of making the institute a
real centre of excellence.
* This endeavour is in continuance of the Netarhat Experiment since being
carried forth on the platform of VIDYA VIHAR RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL PARORA (VVRS)
for the last 15 years of its establishment in consequence of the pledge to
recreate more institutions on lines of our alma mater, given to Dr. AR Kidwai,
Ex-Governor of the United Bihar in All India NOBA Meet at Ranchi in 1995.
We have travelled many more miles ahead and we shall keep moving on before we go
to sleep.


* Some elder brothers and friends have already assembled twice at Delhi after
issuance iof the Letter of Intent (LOI) on April 02, 2009 to co-ordinate and
identify the Director and other faculty members. On May 22, 2009 Letters of
Offer were issued to the members of faculty for teaching the the three core
disciplines - Electronics & Communication Engg., Computer Science & Technology &
Information Technology. The members were selected with the help of experts
mostly from National Institute of Technology Patna and with esteemed help of
Dr.Sangeeta Kumar, wife of Dr. Sanjay Kumar (1976) - the solar energy torch
bearers, who are serving in Chandragupta Institute of Management Patna.
* The objective of this communication is to invite the members of our alumni
fraternity from NOBA & also some friends and associates to respond positively
to join the Council of Advisers with consent giving the following particulars in
