Could you please circulate the following message to NOBA group and others.

There is one US based non profit organisation helping poor but brilliant
students in India for higher studies.The basic criteria is that the family
income must not be more than Rs10,000/month and student in class12 / higher
secondary must have obtained at least 85% of of highest mark obtained by the 1st
rank student.

I am the facilitator .Unfortunately lot of funds are available but I have not
been able to recommend even a single name.
