This is a fantastic idea which is quite timely.

A couple of thoughts:

1. Should the school be affiliated to CBSE or to the Bihar board? To my
knowledge (I am not from Neterhat and hence cant say for sure), Neterhat
Vidyalaya was affiliated to Bihar Board. I can recall from The Indian Nation
Newspaper of '70's that the toppers of Bihar board were dominated by Neterhat
boys with some from St John's Ranchi.

This aspect is very important since affiliation with Bihar board will ensure a
certain connection / alignment with the state which will have a rub off impact
on the education of the rest of the state.

2. Computer literacy: These days, computers are an essential part of the
education. The top schools have class room learnings thru computer based
teaching. One of the experts in this field is Sandeep Srivastava of Ranchi who,
after MBA from INSEAD France (arguably the best management institute in the
world) and a successful stint with multinational corproations, has a computer
based learning company at Delhi for the last 10 odd years with several
implementations across the globe. You can involve such people who have their
roots in Bihar and are quite willing to associate themselves with initiatives in
Bihar.
