Bihar requires a very concerted and honest endeavour on the part of its enabled sons and daughters like us. Only talks and seminars (I do not undermine them) cannot do alone. It requires some participation, especially to fight the first battle against the attitude that opposes change for the better and to bring  awareness for putting development to the place of primacy in all discourses and activities.
