I just talked to Mr. Jha. He is in Muzaffarpur and heading to have meeting
with DIG, SP and further with Collector. As per his information, Raghav FM
has got some kind of notice which he has to reply. Mr. Jha is there to make
sure that the notice is understood well, and under legal guidance can be
replied accordingly.
I have suggested to him, that while he and other colleagues would make sure
and try their best to protect Raghav Fm from any legeal hassle, the fact is
that the station has to ultimately closed down as it is illegal in all
manners.
What I have told Mr. jha is that we - myself and Prof. anil gupta - would
provide him all possible platform to further his research, and we will make
all effort to make his technology utilised across academic instituions,
besides nominating him/his technology for National Foundation Award and
Manthan Award.
Besides, Prof. Gupta can also organise applying for IPR for his technology
so ultimately he own the technology and not others...
In the meanwhile, my friends have suggested me to go there only after Holi
as Monday would be close to holi and it is not advisable traveling
interiors. Interestingly, even taxis are not ready to out before holi.
I now plan to reach Patna on Friday 17th, and from there to hajipur as
Mansoorpur village is closer to hajipur than Muzaffarpur.
Regards,
Osama

Dear Bihar Mitra,
As informed yesterday, Uday Kumar Jha, advocate Patna High Court and Bihar
Chintan coordinator in Patna has proceeded to Muzaffarpur today and perhaps
would already be there by now. His mobile no. is 09835004552. Osama, both of
you could get in touch.
Here in Delhi Rajesh tried to call up Mr Baijender Singh, JD (Broadcasting),
in I & B Ministry but he was out of town and will be back on Monday. We
will try to meet him then and urge to take a soft view. Technically, there
would be other issues also involved including those of copy right of songs
played apart from the licence fee and we need to address them as well.
Thanks,
Vagish
