"Radio Munguharia Now on Cast"
A Radio Cast by a son to spread his father's message @ Rs.35.


Radio FM of Block "Paru" and Panchayat "Munguharia" has been established by
"Ashoka Kumar", son of Jagannath Bhagat. The telecast include election campaign
of candidates and new,old songs which range 5 km of the panchayat, says the
villagers.
FM speaks"Remember brothers , for the post of "Mukhiya" of Munguharia
Panchayat,
stamp black board for Jagannath Bhagat, a socialst , revolutionist and
hard-working to win him from heavy votes. Radio telecast is from "Akela
Electronics" including songs and election campaign.

I.G of Muzzafarpur, Mr. Sunil Kumar speaks that steps
could be taken only by district administration of holding illegality of "Adarsh
Achar Sahita". Ashoka Peshe is a "Shikha Mitra"(teacher on contract). Only for
Rs. 35, he bought an FM Mike ranging 200 m including FM Band , a map for radio
transmission. Antenna is hung on a two storey building.

Vasant Ojha , another candidate for "Mukhiya" post explains illegal, the
method of Ashoka for election campaign of his father and other candidates. His
Father started "Radio Munsurpur" of Vaishali , which stood illegal infront of
Indian Government.
What would be the outcome if every bihari mechanic begin the same? Can the
Govt. of India is capable to restrict everyone?

Without administrative allowance, it is illegal
to telecast election campaign. But for Ashoka , it holds legal that like loud
speaker, FM Mike which ranges 200m is not an illegal act . It is a false say,
spread by opponents.
