It is an extremely timely warning. Do let us know where we can get
hold of the entire report.
Past policies of the central govt like freight equalisation, non
investment in irrigation in Bihar and overall very low investment in
each five year plan have shown that the central govt has been less
than equitable when it comes to Bihar.
WE have to ensure that such a project which is quite likely to be
unfair to Bihar does not take off without proper analysis.
