Thank You very much for the open invitaion for the 2nd RTI convention, which is going to be held in Delhi.
I am writing you in behalf of Bihar Chintan Forum, which is cruseding for the betterment of Bihar- in every respect. It is an open network, where any concern citizne of world can join, as belive that if a organ of human body become sick than we must pay proper attention to that particular part, other wise the whole body will not be called in good health.

- Venue
- can we present the case study also
