You are all aware of the International e-Government conference
titled "Conflux 2005" scheduled to be held at Hotel The Grand , New
Delhi from October 17-19,2005. The conference is organized by Center
for Science, Development and Media Studies in Collaboration with
government of Delhi. IIT Delhi is the institutional partner for the
conference. Additionally the conference is supported by Department
of IT , Government of India, Commonwealth Center of e-Governance,
UK, Danish Technological Institute, Technical University of Denmark,
Internet Service Providers Association on India (ISPAI)and The
Society for Promotion of e-Governance.

I have received a tremendous response from professionals world over
on the first call for papers.

I would like to invite the stakeholders from government, industry,
academia and civil society organizations through this second call

will help enhance the knowledge sharing and exchange of learning
practices on a gloabl scale amongsts the stakeholders.
