i was about to purchase stuffs from there as i had shifted to bangalore and
this mall was near by my house.
Thank you....Really its pethatic to see such horrible quality products.
Same sought of thing i had experienced when i was in Ahmedabad.
There is a mall called Iskon (Reliance) mall where i had purchased a fridge
and when it got delivered to home the plastics on the inner side of the door
was completed melted may be because of heat and when i asked the service guy
about this he was trying explain me that it is a design element :). When i
told him that i am designer he started apologising me and said he will
replace it and give in 2 days. But i got after a month that too i had to go
to the mall every day and ask for status, they dont answer the phone.
So please dont buy anything from the malls specially electronic items, buy
at the company shop.
