Hi guys,
I just have to add my two bits even at the risk of being black balled by the
powers to be at our alma mater for the 'n'th time ( those who know will know
what i mean)
but coming back to this great subject of 'design in the times of corruption'
which as Din and many others have commented. As the great sages said
"Charity begins at home". I think it is high time someone did something to
ensure that the budding future designers are brought up in a clean and
professional environment else not only will we have a whole new bunch of
semi-designers (because the present courses are almost half of what the lot
of us did) but they in all probability will be following corrupt practices
from day one as that is what they were exposed to during their education
process. Think!
( I am sure my leg is definitely going to be broken by a certain member of
the faculty now, - last time I openly said something he only 'threatened' to
do so).
With best wishes and regards,
Amit.
