I completely agree with you anando,

NID is conceptually strong but administratively weak, Once graduates step out into the real world this is very apparent that though we are lauded for our creativity and design skills ,most of our graduates are lacking in time management, money management ,teamwork  and the final finish that is required to create a complete professional, but then that's what work experience is all about isn't it.

I think NID more than accomplishes one aspect of what a designer is all about, but there has to be some onus on the individual to cultivate the rest.

I think finding fault is healthy on one level but its not like any of us are doing anything about it. Once you graduate everyone is busy with their own lives, and very few give back to our Alma mater what experience we may have gained from the Industry.

Many of the people who run NID, are qualified designers who are not professionally active, and don't have requisite professional management skills, what can we expect!
