This issue is little delay because Prof. Jim. S. Sandhu and Prf.
Abir Mullick have gone under major operation and recovering in
hospital. I am thankful to Prof. Jim. S. Sandhu, inspite of
recovering in hospital he agreed to contribute an article for our
April 2006 issue. I believe time is important but if knowledge can
benefit all we should not mind the time of publication I hold the
publication till I received the article of Prof. Jim. S. Sandhu and
Mr. Vickram Crishna.
