Dear All,

Almost everyone complains of the long mails on this group.Though
content may be interesting.

Please be precise and as short as possible.

Do make your point but if possible spare the long winding preamble to
the grand idea.

Please respect the reader and know that he/she is a busy professional
and not a student.

Long mails are NOT read for sure, so it just defeats the purpose.

Be responsible in handling the freedom to broadcast to an attentive
community. Whatever your view or experience, there will always be
people with 180 degrees of views and experience, respect that.

Not all your responses have to be broadcast, you should/can respond to
the individual on issues.

Another way would be to air your views in detail on a blogsite and put
the summary and a link inviting people to your blog for response.

We all know it is easy to challenge, get hyper, show off and act like
police online, we also know how to avoid these traps.

Respect everyones time.

regards
